How to claim
- WhatsApp your invoice number, machine serial and a photo or video of the issue.
- Our engineer diagnoses remotely within 4 working hours.
- Parts are dispatched, or a site visit is scheduled within the SLA of your plan.
- Work completion is confirmed with a signed service report.
Not covered
- • Misuse, dropped weights on non-rated surfaces, or unauthorised modification
- • Normal wear on grips, cables, belts, pads and paint
- • Damage from water ingress, voltage fluctuation without a stabiliser, or pest activity
- • Relocation done by a third party without our supervision
